At the Event
- Early arrival for set-up

Additional Sound Systems
If your event requires
a second Sound System for the Wedding Ceremony or a Cocktail Reception in a different area or room (same location),
one can be added to your package. No moving equipment in the middle of your event! Our Technician will operate
equipment and play any music you desire.

Deposit and Payment Policy
The above packages and upgrades are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the total cost, to hold your date.
There are no additional set up, tear down, or travel charges for events within the Las Vegas metro area.
Tips And Gratuity
You may voluntarily add a gratuity if desired.
Travel
For performances outside the Las Vegas metro area, travel fees will apply.
Set Up
Arrival time will be at least one hour prior to the start of your event and the performance will begin at the time
specified in your Contract. If your event requires more than 1 hour of set up time, an "Early Set" charge
may apply.
Overtime
You may elect to extend the length of your event at any time during the performance, an "Overtime" charge
of $150 per hour will apply. Payment for overtime is due at the end of the performance along with any outstanding
balance remaining on the original Contract. At this time, we accept payment by Cash, Corporate Check or Credit
Card. |
